Consultation & Eligibility Assessment — $100

30 minutes with Neil Jalota · Credited in full to your retainer if you engage the firm

A paid consultation means you get an attorney’s actual assessment of your case, not a sales call. You send your documents and a short written summary first, so the time goes on your situation rather than on gathering background. If you go on to engage the firm, the $100 comes off your retainer in full.

What you get

  • 30 minutes with Neil Jalota, the attorney who would handle your case
  • Your documents reviewed before the call, not during it
  • An honest read on your strongest route — including when that route isn’t with this firm
  • Clear next steps and what they cost

How it works

  1. Book and pay. $100 by card at the time of booking.
  2. Send your materials. Your confirmation page carries a secure upload link. Send a short written summary of your situation plus the documents below that apply to you.
  3. We review before the call. This is what the fee buys, and it is why the half hour is useful.
  4. We talk. 30 minutes, focused on your case.
  5. If you engage us, the $100 is credited to your retainer.

Bookings open at least two days out, so there is always time for your documents to arrive first. Please send them at least 48 hours before your slot — if they don’t arrive in time we’ll offer to reschedule rather than run a call neither of us is prepared for.

What to upload, by route

Find the route closest to your situation and send what you have. These are common starting points, not a complete list, and nothing here is a requirement to book — send what exists and we’ll tell you what else we need. If you’re not sure which applies, use the last one.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your slot for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, and for missed appointments, the fee isn’t refunded — the preparation has already happened by then. If a conflict check rules us out, or your matter falls outside what we handle, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Booking and paying for a consultation does not create an attorney–client relationship. That begins only when we both sign an engagement agreement. This page is general information, not legal advice about your own case.
